Collaborative Practice requires a solicitor to have an understanding of the whole family and its needs including both parties and their children, so that planning for the future can be worked on together.

Clare is an Accredited Specialist with ‘Resolution’ (formerly Solicitors Family Law Association). As a solicitor she works exclusively with family issues such as childrens’ arrangements, and finance and property matters.

Clare has long experience of working directly with separating couples,after qualifying in 1996 as a Mediator. She is a member of the UK College of Family Mediators.

From her Mediation Practice Clare has experience of direct consultation with children and works regularly with other professionals from diverse backgrounds involved with families.
